When the list is that long, I don't think you can worry about each individual thing, all you can do is be there for them and to help them. If they care about you they will appreciate it.

And even if it only helps a little bit, that little bit will always be so much bigger than no help at all.

What you seem to be asking for is a way to deal with all the things that are problematic, while it's noble, the term 'only human' can be used.

No-one can fix problems 'just like that', but the fact you want to makes you such a good person. Life just wouldn't be the same if everything came easy - just looked how that screwed up paris hilton, she's a massive whorebag.

When the bad times are there all you can do is weather it through, and i'm sure you will. When the good times are good, you can enjoy them more for knowing the bad times.


...i found that mood thing won't change for me either, but try to keep that smiley faced bit of optimism in mind. A bad situation is worse while you're worrying about how bad it is, but it's better when you're thinking about how to make it better - even if it doesn't seem like it.
